About Two-Tone Veg Tan Crocodile Embossed Lambskin
Two-Tone Crocodile Emboss Veg Tan Lambskin is a luxurious, ultra-realistic crocodile embossed lamb hide, with rich two-tone color and a wonderful naked hand feel. It starts out as our popular vegetable tanned lambskin, then has a super realistic croc emboss that gives it a raised, 3D texture. The rich two-tone color and aniline finish bring the hide to life, making it look like genuine crocodile leather, but with a much softer, oiled temper that’s perfect for garments and apparel, footwear, soft bags, and accessories.
Two-Tone Crocodile Emboss Veg Tan Lambskin has a luxurious look and feel, with a 2 ounce thickness (0.7-1.0 mm), a naked glovey feel, and a soft, oiled temper. The vegetable tannage adds natural character and body, without feeling heavy or weighed down. Hide sizes may vary. Leather square footage isn’t measured as a true length-by-width area — it’s based on the hide’s surface area before finishing or shrinkage. Tanneries calculate footage from the raw hide stage and stamp the size on the flesh (back) side of the hide. We use the measurements provided by the tannery, but some variation in actual size is normal.
