1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Please Note: All customized orders, special promotional items, or final sale items are non-returnable and final sale.

• Eligibility Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it—unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• User Responsibility: Please inspect the condition, quality, and quantity of your items immediately upon reception. Customer assumes full responsibility for goods once they have been used, cut, altered, or processed in any manner. No returns will be accepted after processing.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first at query@binnawazinternational.com.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first explicitly requesting a return will not be accepted. We will provide you with the correct return shipping address details once your request is reviewed.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged.

• You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance products, or gift cards.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. International & European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

6. Refunds and Processing Time

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to let you know if the refund has been approved.

• If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
